There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was prime, with easy access to all the popular attractions. The gym and pool were excellent, perfect for a family stay. The service was exceptional, catering to all our needs.

Felt very lucky, no complaints.

Ho soggiornato in un piccolo hotel nella bellissima Edimburgo e devo dire che mi sono trovato davvero bene. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo, soprattutto considerando che la posizione era perfetta per visitare la città. Inoltre, è stato fantastico poter usufruire del parcheggio interno, il che ci ha permesso di raggiungere comodamente il centro o Leith con un solo bus. Le camere erano accoglienti, calde e pulite al nostro arrivo. Il personale era molto premuroso e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Unica nota negativa, ma di poco rilievo, è stata la colazione limitata, ma per il resto è stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was superb, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, right next to the chain bridge and close to everything, especially the river. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the staff were friendly, cute, and helpful.

Rooms are spacious. Excellent location near popular attractions, public transportation, dining, and shopping. Impressive lobby ambiance at night. Delicious and varied breakfast options. Clean rooms with fast wifi for streaming.

The hotel's location was excellent, offering a fine view from our room. It was conveniently located near many attractions, a supermarket, and a Christmas market. the staff were great too ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their helpfulness added an extra touch to our relaxing Christmas holiday.

The rooms were uncomfortably warm due to poor air conditioning. Even during cooler nights, the temperature never dropped below 24 degrees Celsius.

The hotel is located in the center of tourist attraction, with easy access to many main attractions. It is also conveniently close to a bus stop for the several hop on-and-off bus companies, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms offer beautiful views of the Danube river, and the staff provide a warm and efficient service. The breakfast buffet is extensive and offers a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel did not seem to have received a request for interconnecting rooms and twin beds, causing a disruption in the sleeping arrangements for the group of friends.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue, which fulfilled all our needs. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant served delicious food. the bar/lounge area was a great place to enjoy a drink, with friendly and attentive service. location advantages were obvious, with easy access to local attractions.

Our only minor issue was with the buffet breakfast, which had limited options. Nevertheless, the private facilities were exclusive and the service was second to none.

From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff anticipated our every need and made us feel truly pampered. the luxurious amenities, particularly the swimming pool and sauna, were a perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. the buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of tasty options.

While the location of this hotel was convenient for exploring the city, we did experience some noise from nearby construction sites. this minor issue did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Recently stayed at a wonderful hotel with really good service. The staff, especially Dora in the club lounge, made our stay nice. We were upgraded to a suite with fine views of the river, Chain bridge, and Buda castle. The club lounge access was worth it, with delicious breakfast, evening canapés, and wine. The hotel even surprised me with champagne, chocolates, and balloons for my birthday. The location was perfect and all the major sights were easily accessible. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. an amazing experience.
